All finishers get an eco shopping goody bag with a medal, T-shirt, Run-aid water bottle, banana, printed mug and more. There is a hot drink and a sandwich at the finish, free to runners. In addition to the perpetual winners trophy, 23 "silver" cups were awarded to the following winners in 2010
